WEFIX Technical Services LLC ensures prompt responses to all maintenance requests under our annual maintenance contract in Dubai. We also provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems as originally installed in your property.

- A/C Services – 3 x per year (Schedule every 4 months)

- Check and clean air filters
- Check and clean grills
- Check evaporator coil
- Check for abnormal sound and vibration for indoor units

- Clean the equipment and surrounding area and ensure its clean

- Check airflow balance manually & report for any abnormality

Electrical Annual Service and Maintenance
- Check the operations of the light switches
- Check if the water heater is working and consuming the amps
- Check UV relay condition
- Check the MCCB
- Test exhaust fans
- Check the glowing of bulbs
- Check the circuit breaker
- Check voltage at all power sockets and cable gland for correct earth connection
